E Bike Rotor Coil Generator

I have a mechanism that can manufacture the rotors for the generator . I need the coils and the capacitor designed so the rotors rotate and collect the dc power renerated by the coils in multi capacitors . Then through the switch design this is released into the batteries as a charge . As one capicitor is discoraging another is charging . As there will be multi coils there must be multi capacitors to keep this process rotating . And it must be design for safety as there will be a lot of power being renerated and stored for release . This must be able to charge a 48v or 52v battery ok . Can you design if not i will put this back here to get others to design . But either way you must work with them to design capacitors and system to have the battery switch also switch output of capacitors into a battery which is not completely charged .
