Battery for e-bike

Hi, I am looking to custom make an e-bike battery 36V. I will provide the size dimensions later. The battery I want is a type which I can charge on the go. My current battery can only be charged wile stationary and plugged in. But I want a battery with prongs coming out to connect a live on-the-charger.
