Battery design

I have a product that currently uses a 680 Wh lithium-ion battery (27Ah, 25.2V) but I want to be able to fly with this product. I have another battery that I typically have with me anyway that is 98Wh lithium-ion (4280 mAh, 22.8V), would it be possible to use those batteries to power the larger product? Ideally if a case or compartment were made that the smaller batteries plugged into.
