Battery Power PCB

Job ID: 35521691

Budget: €250 – €750 EUR

I have a trailer with a webcam (microcontroller) and light in it.
Now it's time for an upgrade and the "load" should be powered by the car (source) and a buffer battery.
The buffer battery is a 3S li.ion that needs balanced charging and a discharger if it's not in use to prolong the batteries life.
The source should be cut off, if it's to low.
There is a mediocre drawing of the size of the board. basically it's 100mm in diameter with some holes and cutout.

The microcontroller (and all other external components) will be connected via connectors (cables). I had the idea of JST plugs but im open to suggestions. All lines in the diagram may represent multiple wires!!

I need from you:
- circuit desgin (you can use 3rd party boards if it helps)
- PCB design
- BOM
- A link to a website to order the prototype or the parts (i cannot solder small SMDs at home)

The project is finished, if the prototype works.
