4-Band EQ with output buffer prototpe
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Attached schematic shows one circuit of 4 identical circuits connected end on end. Not shown is a single opamp buffer with 220R resistor and 2.2uF film cap on the output. The power bus is +/- 15v with ground. There are no pots on the board; wires will be soldered into three adjacent holes for the Boost/Cut pot--same goes for all external connections. The Q, and the a and b Freq pots, with be replaced with 2 RN 55 resistors connected in series to the wiper terminal from terminals 1 and 3. Not shown are 4 - 10uF electrolytic caps on the power bus near each circuit with 2.54mm centers.
All of the resistors are Vishay RN 55, except the two 5.1k at the bottom which are RN 60.
The 10uF caps are small bi-polar with 2.54mm centers.
The rest of the caps are film with 5.08mm centers.
The quad opamp and the single buffer are PDIP.
The board should be about 3 x 5 inches with 4 mounting holes in the corners.
FR4 1 ounce.
Need the Gerber files and any files required for PCB manufacturer.
Not for military use.
