BRIX REFRACTOMETER SENSOR ASSEMBLY - USA

We are looking for a freelancer to assist us in designing and assembling a BRIX refractometer sensor assembly. The ideal candidate would have experience in both design and assembly.
We require the project to be completed within 1-2 weeks.

OUR SPECS are as follows:
The sensor assembly
- must not exceed 20mm x 25 mm x 15mm (the smaller the better) with cost-effective sensors
- CMOS or CCD sensor
- LED wavelength of 600nm or about,
- Triangular prism

OTHER SPECS
- Minimum of 0 - 20 degree brix
- Precision ±0.1%;
- Resolution 0.05%
- Output Method: Digital
- Sensor assembly must be calibrated and fully tested for correct reading.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience with CMOS, and CCD sensors
- Experience with Prism sensors
- in designing and assembling BRIX refractometer sensor assembly
- Experience in meeting tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
