BLDC Motor controller Design for automotive application

we are looking for a candidate who can design a complete BLDC motor controller (hardware and firmware) against a benchmark product used for automotive applications. deliverables would include the complete design documents for hardware (schematic, gerber, bom) and source code for firmware, also would include the test report with test carried out agasint the benchmark specs for the product
