C-BAND LNA SUPER LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER DESIGN 5.50 GHZ to 6.50 GHZ N.F. = 0.75 DB MAX

A super low noise amplifier in the C-Band frequency range 5.50 to 6.50 GHz shall be designed.
The noise figure shall 0.75 dB max. and the gain between 15 dB to 30 dB with a ripple of +/- 0.5 dB.
The LNA shall be powered via the coax cable, but it is not a must. External DC 12 to 18 Volts
Input and output connectors SMA or N.
If a design is available and can be used will be fine.
PCB design shall be done for Rogers or similar high frequency laminat to get the low noise figure.
Attached a typical example of a low noise amplifier for microwave frequencies.
