Job Title: Hardware & Firmware Engineering Team Required (Mainland China / HK) for 3-Axis Smartphone Gimbal with AI Motion Tracking

Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced hardware and embedded systems engineering team based in Mainland China or Hong Kong to develop a 3-axis smartphone gimbal stabilizer with AI motion detection and auto-tracking capabilities.

This requirement is strictly for electronics, firmware, and PCBA development.
No mobile app development is needed at this stage.

Scope of Work:

1. Reverse Engineering
• We will provide an existing gimbal unit to reverse engineer.
• Study and replicate or improve the existing PCB, motor driver, and control system.
2. Hardware Development
• Design the full electronic control system for a 3-axis gimbal
• Selection and integration of:
• Brushless motors (3-axis)
• IMU sensors (gyroscope + accelerometer)
• Motor drivers and power management circuits
3. Firmware Development
• Develop embedded firmware to support:
• AI motion detection & face/object tracking
• Smooth 3-axis stabilization and angle control
• Responsive control via joystick/buttons
4. Output Deliverables
• Complete Schematic + BOM + Gerber Files
• Firmware source code
• 3–5 functioning prototypes

Mandatory Requirements:

•Must be located in Mainland China or Hong Kong (for easier coordination, prototyping, and component sourcing)
• Must have prior experience in developing similar products, such as:
• Smartphone gimbals (e.g., FUNSNAP, Zhiyun, DJI Osmo)
• Gimbal stabilizers for drones or handheld cameras
• Any 3-axis brushless motor-controlled devices

• We aim for low-cost production-ready designs, not just concept models.
• We are willing to pay R&D and prototyping charges.
