Automatic temperature controller with bluetooth(hc-05) PIC16F877A

hi. i need the complete pcb (single layer) and working code on the hardware. with PIC16F877A
this will receive data from hc-05 like desired temperature and current temperature.
will have three ds18b20 sensors. one will be put in the water. two will be inside the box. until the current temperature reaches desired temperature heaters will stay on. they will be controlled by relays. also, there will be intensity levels (1 or 2) in the code. when intensity level one is set with Bluetooth only one heater will work. incase of level 2, both heaters will work.
need to show output on a 20x4 LCD, (all three sensor temperatures and desired temperature occupying 4 rows) i emphasize that I need this complete project working on a PCB. I need this urgently and without taking any risks. kindly only those people offer who know what they are talking about.
