Audio DAC Streaming Amplifier Prototype Creation

As an audiophile seeking superior sound quality, I'm looking for a dedicated expert to design and build a prototype of a Streaming DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) Board. This board will be specifically for audio playback, converting digital signals into analog audio.
The ideal freelancer for the project will be proficient with the following:
- Designing and building DAC boards
- Knowledge of audio playback technology, specifically analog
- Power supply design for battery-operated devices
Your task will be to create a prototype streaming DAC amplifier board that operates on battery power and successfully converts digital signals into quality analog audio. Proficiency in circuit design, audio technology, and sustainable power supply integration will be critical to fulfilling this role successfully. Previous experience with DAC design and an understanding of audio signal transmission will be highly beneficial.
Qualifications:
-must know Xcode
-design with LTSpice, MATLAB, Vivaldi
-must have Distortion Analyzer, frequency sweeps
-software/hardware/MPU programming skills
-be able to build a prototype board totally functional
-compile code
-Simulate Analog / Digital signals
Regarding hardware
-Arm with Wi-Fi only
-Recover 44.1 khz clock using 22.5792 MHz oscillator
-DAC (to be discussed)
-3w Class A push pull Amplifier
Regarding software
-Use best software volume attenuator
