Athlete Performance Measurement Device Development

I'm looking for an experienced engineer to create an electronic device to measure various metrics for athletes.
Key Features:
- The device should measure heart rate, speed, and GPS metrics. (and any other metrics the developer deems measurable)
- The device should be worn on the back of the athlete.
- A first version should record the data on an SD disk and a second version should send the data to the cloud
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in designing wearable technology is a plus.
- Demonstrable experience in similar developments
- Proficiency in electronics and engineering.
- Understanding of sports science and athlete's needs will be beneficial.
