Assemble & Ship My Bluetooth Arduino Device

I have invented a small communication module, the module is made up of two easily acquired circuit boards, two USB rechargeable batteries and wto small plastic cases. A program will have to be installed on one of the circuit boards. I have a disability that prevents me from being able to physically assemble the components needed to make my invention work. Most likely the person that I hire will need to be in the states due to shipping and cost but I am open to anyone based on price. Feel free to reach out for more information.

This is a Bluetooth-enabled communication device. The components required for this project are already selected:
- Microcontroller Board
- Bluetooth Module
- Power Supply

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proficiency in working with Arduino and its components
- Experience in assembling electronic devices
- Ability to handle shipping logistics

Your task will be to procure any additional necessary components, assemble the device, and ship it to me.
