Analog signal manipulation for Automotive

I have this circuit,
its take signal from one pressure sensor and modify the output by remove signal using an PWM generated from one micro then the output goes out to the original ECU
I have many problems with EMI specially from 20Mhz to 400Mhz with Bulk current test
Can you have any suggestion
