Allen-Bradley PLC Programmer

I have a plc programming project requiring Allen Bradley controls and HMI. The plc would be a compact logix and the HMI is a 10" color. It's a bench top heating application with 2 axis of motion control (linear actuators stepper driven) and a heating source with 2 thermocouples to adjust automatically by the control system. Other stuff like estops but that's the core of it. It's a new build so no parts are specd out yet.

I am looking for a local contractor and I am in Las Vegas.

Please provide relevant work experience and estimated completion time.
