Adjustable Cycle Timer Relay Module

I need a low current cycle timer relay module. This module will control a MOSFET instead of an electromechanical relay and will allow for adjustable on/off timing using DIP switches.
Requirements:
- Combinations of 5 DIP switches for time ON and 5 for time OFF
- 32 time settings from 10 seconds to 24 hours for both ON and OFF
- Manual control input via a trigger switch and by just energizing module
- Powered by DC power supply
- Handle current in the range of 5A to 10A
- Jumper to select between single delay timer and infinite cycle
- 3 by 1 inches max size
