Adding a raspberry pi 4 & touchscreen to a kiln

Needing help with how to hook up a raspberry pi 4 & touchscreen to a kiln. It is a paragon kiln. Id like to be able to hook it up so i can set it on a schedule, such as temperature for so many hours then go to another temp for another so many hours, etc. Need someone
