ARGTABLE USB CDC for STM32F4xx + STMCubeMX + STM32CubeDE + PUTTY

I'm looking to implement the ARGTABLE CLI (command line interface) into STM32 microcontrollers over CDC USB to be used in any terminal like PuTTY. I would appreciate your help to implement a simple command to input a word as basic example.
