AGV robotics

My project requires the development of a highly specialized AGV robotic system with a payload capacity of less than 500kg for outdoor operation. The AGV must be powered by a reliable, long lasting battery source, and will need to be able to navigate uneven terrain in a variety of weather conditions. I am looking for an experienced and reliable Freelancer to help design and build a robotic system that can meet these specifications.
