ADC Replacement and Repositioning on PCB -- EAGLE -- 2

I need an expert in PCB design and microcontroller interfacing to replace the ADS1231 ADC with a CS5532 ADC on my board. The job also requires repositioning the second ADC along with some passive components from the bottom layer to the top.

Key Tasks:
- Replace ADS1231 with CS5532 ADC
- Reposition the second ADC and passive components from the bottom layer to the top layer
- Ensure minimal trace length for all connections
- Route load cell connections in parallel to both ADCs

The goal is to have both ADCs on the top layer with only one ADC in use at a time.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Extensive knowledge in PCB design
- Proficiency in working with Renesas RL78/G14 Series microcontrollers
- Experience in optimizing PCB layouts for minimal trace length
- Understanding of load cell connections and ADC interfacing

Please note:
- The input voltage is 12VDC from a power adapter
- Both digital and analog GND and VCC are present
- Load cell connections must include S+, S-, E+, E- and GND, making a total of 9 connections seperate to both ADCs.
