I am looking for assistance in creating an excel spreadsheet that would help my company tracked our liability vs earned income on a daily or weekly basis.
I would like to have a calendar view that would show our liability at any given time.

Number of students using the “payment program”
Contractual obligation of money earned once 20% of the program has been provided.
