Simple Microsoft forms page to collect names and addresses for posting information out to customers
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
We are a UK mailing company and need a simple webform to help us collect and clean data ready for sending information by post.
Our requirement is an online form (ideally using Microsoft forms) to collect names and addresses for people who want to be sent information. The webpage address doesn’t need to held within our domain.
Required fields:
First name
Last name
Street 1
Street 2
City
County/region
Post code/ZIP
Country
We do not collect email addresses.
We need to keep history of who we send it to. This should include date submitted.
We want to limit this information to 1 send per address so cannot be requested twice by the same person/household.
Need to exclude symbols and non characters (&@#*% etc), plus maximum field lengths and not allow empty fields.
Text to be converted into Uppercase or Proper case.
Any submissions that do not meet criteria or duplicates need to be moved into a separate list for manual check.
The format of the address needs to be suitable for posting and like the idea that they can see example of how their address will be presented before submitting.
Receipt addresses are worldwide, and ideally country list would be drop down.
Could potentially get up to 1000 form completions in single day.
We already use Office365 so would need this form to be imported into our account and to keep our customer’s data safe.
We welcome any advice if you think we could do this more efficiently.
