Groom, a revolutionary new app connecting customers with on-demand barbers, is seeking a passionate **Feedback Facilitator** to gather user input on our app prototypes. This is a remote, month-long contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
**The Role:**
As our Feedback Facilitator, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of Groom! Your responsibilities will include:
* **Facilitating Public Conversations:** You'll engage with both customers and barbers (separately) to gather feedback on our early-stage app prototypes.
* **Guiding Discussions:** Using the provided conversation guide, you'll lead discussions, ask insightful questions, and ensure everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts.
* **Capturing Feedback:** You'll meticulously record all feedback (positive, negative, and suggestions for improvement) using the designated format.
* **Meeting Weekly Milestones:** You'll submit weekly reports summarizing key findings and insights from the previous week's conversations.
* **Adaptability and Communication:** You'll be adaptable to different personalities and perspectives, and maintain clear communication with the Groom team throughout the project.
**Ideal Candidate:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Experience facilitating focus groups or similar user research initiatives (a plus).
* Strong active listening skills and the ability to identify key themes and insights from conversations.
* Experience using online data collection tools (e.g., Google Forms) is preferred.
* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Passion for the tech industry and a desire to contribute to a growing startup.
