Monday.com Form - add some conditions and automation - Quick one to do now -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We have a existing form with some hidden and some shown fields and also some conditions. We seek to update it with:
1.
Make the date picker/calender able to be multiple dates selected eg: select Oct 3, OCT 6 and Oct 9 - right now only one date with selection tool.Dates are not consecutive so may have to be question " how many dates did you have spots" and if they enter 2 or 3 then 2 or 3 calenders present.
2.
Where it is currently 2 questions (1."Invoice number for this transaction" and "upload invoice" - both should be in the same question. "Add your invoice number below or upload your invoice if you prefer" - it ths is not possible, leave as is, no work to be done here.
3.
Where question is:
"How many of your posse/group performed" is selected,
depending on how many people they choose in drop down eg: - if you select 3 then ALL THE Questions below that question (you will see there are 7 of them) will appear 7 times ( apart from the last question: "additional feedback appears only once always)
Each 7 questions will be written as:
Person 1
7 questions here
Person 2
7 questions here
Person 3
questions here
(depenting on how many people they selected for "how many of your posse/group performed"

create one simple workflow: when a form is filled out a gmail will be sent to email xyz and also monday.com notification
