Microsoft Forms, PowerApp and PowerAutomate to ease customer creation process

Using Microsoft Forms, PowerApp and PowerAutomate, our business looks for someone replace paper flow to CLOUD solution. The flows are simple 1-3 steps at most.
Example:
1. Staff fills form for customer creation. Submit.
2. Alert email to admin team.
3. Admin team amend/ add information.
4. Alert back to requesting staffs upon done step3 with related information.

Using Forms, Powerautomate (if needed?) and put the form to mobile friendly PowerApp.
