I have a collection of health clinic manuals and policies drafted in Microsoft Word that now need a professional finish. You’ll be working from my existing style guide, so the first task is to apply the correct Style Sheet throughout the document—headings, body text, lists, captions and so on—until every element matches the guide exactly.

Once the styles are in place, I need an automatically generated table of contents, properly structured headings & sub-headings, and consistent footnotes/endnotes. Page breaks, numbering, and spacing should all be tidy and predictable so the manuals look as good on screen as they do in print.

When the Word files are fully polished, export each one as a press-ready, searchable PDF while ensuring all internal links (TOC entries, footnote anchors) remain clickable.
