JOTFORM make some changes
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need some small changes to my Jotform
1. Upload image button - the text in the button needs to be centred between the top and bottom
2. add a box when a certain option is selected from the drop-down box, the box should show underneath
* my notes: (for Jotform section where 1-4 pcs are selected to avoid sending back item)
3. When the one/two items are selected from the dropdown box, the form should go to the contact details page

4. Need to re-label some sections so we can understand what the step name is, i.e. when using Zapier sometimes it shows only numbers and we can't what steps mean what part of the Jotform - SEE ATTACHED
