We’re after someone who can nail every detail—perfect spelling, flawless formatting, and airtight accuracy—while delivering fast, high-quality work.
What You’ll Do:
- Transform paper forms (e.g., patient intakes, consents, medical histories) into digital formats using platforms like Paperform, Jotform, or FormDr.
- Create user-friendly, mobile-ready forms with features like dropdowns, conditional logic, and e-signatures.
- Generate QR codes linking to each form for easy patient access.
- Ensure all work meets Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) for secure health data handling.
- Double-check every field, label, and instruction for precision and clarity.
What We Need:
- Proven experience with online form builders (e.g., Jotform, Paperform, Typeform, or similar).
- Exceptional attention to detail—spotting typos, formatting slips, or logic errors is your superpower.
- Perfect UK English spelling and grammar (Australian standards—no US spellings like “organize”).
- Familiarity with healthcare forms or privacy regs (Privacy Act 1988, APPs) is a bonus, but not required—we’ll guide you.
- Ability to work fast without cutting corners, juggling multiple forms under tight deadlines.
- Comfort with basic integrations (e.g., syncing to practice software like MedicalDirector or Cliniko) is a plus.
