Cognito Forms - Registration Form
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Experience in creating registration forms
- Proficiency in using Cognito Forms
- Knowledge of form design and layout
Please, please please… Have some depth of experience with Cognito. I know it's relatively simple. But I don't want to waste your time or mine as you navigate the quirks. So if you are interested, please indicate some idea of the depth of your experience.
This is potentially a fast and easy project if you have the experience.
We have a registration form.
1. Need to add some signatures to consent forms.
This needs to simplify the reading of a few pages of legal consents, and add signatures to them. In mobile a hand drawn is ok. On desktop some other version of what would be considered a legal signature is needed.
2. We have a table that has a description in column 1 and then has 4 additional columns, that have a place where the user can mark a checkbox. Need to insert this table into the form in a way that is fast and easy for the user. Then insert the results into the word document in a way that makes it easy to see the entire table.
3. The output generates an extra page, that I cannot figure out how to remove. Can you remove this extra page?
If you'd like this gig, make it easy for me, send over some examples. I need this done this week.
