Automate the process of generating a quote via Jotform

Hi,
I wish to automate the process of generating a cleaning quote via Jot form.
The jot form requires information to be manually entered into it to generate a cleaning quote to my email address.

The password to access the jot form is UC2020.
I wish to see if it possible to upload the required information from excel spreadsheet or csv into the Jotform.
So that the quote will be generated automatically to my email address without the need to psychically enter in the information into the Jot form.
