Assessment test in Google forms

I would like to create a simple assessment for prospective students in Google forms. These will typically be multiple choice questions. There may be some with images embedded within the questions and some passage style questions (where you fill the blanks with some answer choices).

I expect there to be 30 questions per test and I will be providing the test questions and answer choices as images.
