AgencyBloc, Zapier, Docusign Integration Workflow

Scope of Work:

Summary
- Define workflow between AgencyBloc, Zapier, and Docusign.
- Utilize API, JSON for all 3 solutions.
- Map interactions and data flow, including specific AgencyBloc triggers for DocuSign.

Workflow
- Users update a specific field AgencyBloc Record/Object.
- Trigger API workflow based on field interaction.
- Create new activity and associated with 2 objects
- Capture data for Policy and Lead/individual records/objects.
- Use the DocuSign API to generate pre-populated templates.
- Send an alert and post envelope URL in AgencyBloc so the user may send a SMS message through
AgencyBlloc.
- Capture DocuSign Envelope and track updates via API.
- Update AgencyBloc with the captured information and files.
