Adobe Acrobat Pro Expert Needed -- Publishing an interactive PDF web form
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an online fillable pdf form (employment application) on a client website that has a submit button on it so that a user can fill it out online and then automatically submit the completed form to the business. It is supposed to smtp email the form directly to the business owner's email address, but it doesn't send.

Steps to View Issue:
1.) https://www.hawkconstructioninc.com/about-us/careers/
2.) Scroll down to the Apply Online Now and click on the Open Online Job Application
3.) Scroll to bottom of pdf (page 2) and there are SUBMIT and a RESET buttons. Submit button should send the form via the server's smtp email to client's email address - but it does not work.
Need someone to troubleshoot/repair this for me.
NOTE: If you do not own a copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro, you will be unable to work on this project.
