to modify smart burglar alarm circuit

I want to modify the smart burglar circuit i I got from the internet. We must use the reference circuit to modify it and build a new circuit using multisim/falsad/circuitday software. And I also need what components were added and what is their function in the new circuit. The new circuit should not be very complicated. We MUST not use any microcontrollers like esp or arduino in the new circuit. I will attach the reference circuit diagram with the citation. Pls refer to that circuit. I also need it as soon as possible. thank you
