An affordable static strain data acquisition measurement unit

I am looking for assistance to measure strains from a three 120 ohm quarter bridge strain guages, within a 1 micron strain resolution, stability and precision.

I want it to be able to work on Linux, so setting up through Arduino may be a good idea.
