Wireless Power Monitoring Device Development

I'm looking to build a wireless power monitoring device that can be integrated into a power strip or PDU. This device should be capable of measuring Voltage, Amp, and Frequency, and sending this data wirelessly for monitoring.

Key requirements:
- The device should use Wi-Fi adapter for its wireless communication
- Data should be displayed on a web dashboard
- Local computer software should be compatible with all operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in hardware design and development
- Experience with Wi-Fi communication systems
- Skills in web dashboard development and software compatibility across different operating systems
- Knowledge in power monitoring systems.
