Single-Sided Sensor PCB Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m building a small personal device that relies on several sensors, and I now need a single-sided PCB layout to tie everything together. The board only has to accommodate the sensors and their supporting passives—no microcontroller or power-supply stage is required at this point—so routing should stay fairly straightforward.
I will supply a rough hand-drawn schematic showing pinouts and preferred connector locations. Your job is to translate that into a clean, manufacturable PCB that meets standard fabrication rules for a single-layer board. Please keep board dimensions modest and component placement user-friendly, as I will be hand-soldering the parts myself.
Deliverables (all in their latest, commonly accepted formats):
• Schematic capture file
• PCB layout file
• Gerber and drill files ready for production
• Simple BOM covering all footprints used
Once I receive the Gerbers I’ll send them straight to fabrication, so accuracy and DRC compliance are critical. Let me know your preferred CAD tool and any questions you have about the sensor footprints or spacing.
