Satisfaction box

I'd like to make a device that can transmit a choice made by a user thank to a push on a button.
The device has 3 buttons (bad, average, good).
Just after a button has been pushed the value has to be transmitted to another device (a gateway) thanks to the LoRa transceiver.
The device has also to be powered by a battery.
