Oversized Treadmill

I'm looking to construct an oversized treadmill for multi-person use - supporting a maximum weight capacity of 1000-1500 lbs., with a size of 8-10 feet wide and 15-30 feet long. I need the treadmill to have basic adjustable speed control and basic built in work programs, without the need for any inclining features.
