Newly developed Multi-functional Desk Lamp. Capacitive sensors not functioning properly

Job ID: 33191920

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

Hello,
We are a start-up company based in London, UK and currently working on a LED desk lamp made of aluminium profiles and controlled by touch capacitive sensors. We are in the final stage of completing the fully functional prototype. As our lamp is multifunctional (dimming, colour temperature changing and focus light) the electronic components are more complex than the ones you can find in a regular LED lamp.
Most of the electronic engineering work has been now completed by contractors based in Germany. Last week we went to Berlin to assemble the first complete prototype but there was an issue to control the functions of the lamp. Our previous contractors could not solve the problem for the limited time we had there but they suggested that there might be some interference of the electromagnetic fields of the different components of the lamp that may cause the malfunctioning of the capacitive sensors.
Now we have the prototype in Central London and we need someone experienced in this particular field to investigate and find the solution that we need to finalize the prototype.
For more information, please email me back and I can send you some videos of the lamp demonstrating the problem that has to be solved.

Thank you very much!

Adrian
