New cover / shell for Xiaomi Redmi Smartphone

I am looking for a new cover design for smartphones like Xiaomi Redmi series. And I dont mean a second cover like people use to have their phones wrapped in, I mean completely take off the original cover and put hardware into a new one, so it is not clear to see that this is a smartphone. Only microphone, sim slot and battery charger needs to be seen.

Will I find people with skills to design this and even change the covers on a scale of 1000 or more pieces? I stilll need to do some tests before starting this project, but I need to know if this is possible in first place and need some quotes for this. When I clarified the feasability I will hire.

Please write me (icluding a quote to each) if you can do
a) Design the new cover
b) produce those covers (or outsource it)
c) even change the covers of the phones (phones will be of course paid and delivered by me)
