KiCad LED PCB update
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an existing optical board designed in KiCad. I need to replace the muiled (SFH7016) with 3 discrete leds and move PDs aside to make place.
• update the schematic symbols and footprints to match the new LEDs,
• adjust the board layout where clearances or routing change, and
• regenerate the BOM, fab and assembly files so the board is production-ready again.
All design files (current .kicad_pro project, datasheets for the new LEDs and the old reference board) are ready to share the moment we start.
Please reply with examples of past KiCad projects where you handled component swaps or footprint revisions—anything that shows you can do quick, accurate edits without disturbing a proven design. If you’ve worked on optical or LED-dense boards before, mention that as well.
I expect neat, DRC-clean files and updated Gerbers/schematics at hand-off.
the board and assembly will be done via JCLPCB and need to pass all there process
