IoT Device Development

We are looking for a new design for one of our IoT products
There will be 3 communication stack options of the device.
They will be:
• SigFox (RC1 for now, other regions will be added later)
• LoRa
• GSM
The following main feathers must be included in the design:
• GPS Tracking
• Temp and Humidity
• 3-axses accelerometer and Gyro Scope
• BLE 5 (used as a beacon, and for device setup, and also BLE meshing for data needs and awareness)
• Onboard memory
The goal is to get a compact small and cheap device, but must be high quality.
As mentioned, the design must be as small as possible, and must also low powered, and have only one battery input using (batteries that will be used will be 3.7V from 500mah to 2000mah).
There should also be an option for energy harvesting, which will be either solar or thermal (refer to as example of what we would prefer https://e-peas.com/types/energy-harvesting/).
We will also require that the firmware be soft settable via the BLE interface, to set up the device, via a mobile app (android and iOS).
We will only consider proposal that has a detailed pricing and mile stones which will include the following points:
• Hardware design (per communication stack)
• Firmware development (if needed per communication stack)
• Mobile setup application development
Please note that we will require prototype devices of each communication stack (5 of each) to test with, so make sure it is part of your quote.
We will not need manufacturing of the final product, since we have our own SMT line. Thus, keep in mind that we will require to get all the design files, and BOM, and that the design will belong to us.
