Help us to setup an image detection system in an RPI, - long time commitment

Hi, Im looking for some with dedication and a lot of spare time to help us to setup and image detection system on an RPI, and also program it for other tasks and also other systems that we are building. If you are also a skilled electronic hardware designer engineer, it is a plus. This project will last for 12+ month, in 1-4 weeks projects now and then. We are on a tight budget, so a low timely hour fee is a must as it will be many hours over the time. Every person involved in finishing our project, will for their long-time loyalty, be given stock option in our company, vastly more valued than your initial contract value.
