Flipper Zero Module PCB Design

I have a small Flipper Zero add-on already running happily on a breadboard, captured in KiCad as a single-sheet schematic with roughly fifteen surface-mount parts. Now I need the circuit translated into a production-ready PCB that preserves the signal-processing performance I’m measuring in my analysis project.

The schematic and symbol / footprint libraries are tidy and up to date; you’ll receive the full KiCad project (.kicad_sch, .kicad_prj). Most components are SMD, so component density isn’t a problem, but trace routing must prioritise high signal integrity. I’m open on layer count as long as the final board remains compact enough to plug neatly into the Flipper Zero module header.

Deliverables
• KiCad PCB file with clean, manufacturable layout
• Gerber, drill and pick-and-place files ready for JLCPCB (or any standard fab)
• Updated BOM reflecting final footprints and part numbers
• Brief notes on stack-up, impedance control or other signal-integrity measures you applied
