1. Variable control the temperature of the band by measuring the resistance of the band (estimated 100 C to 200 C)
2. Variable control of the time that power is applied (Estimated 100 ms – 1 sec)
3. Automatic calibration of resistance vs temperature with the installation of a new band
4. Pre-heat of the band between sealing cycles (Est 65C)
5. Alarm indication of band failure
6. Display of set values
7. Input voltage: 120 V or 220 V
8. Sealing voltage: 24 V or 48V (2 output taps on external transformer)
9. Cycles per minute: Up to 100
10. UL – to be determined
