ESP32-C3 PCB with MOSFETs

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a complete PCB design built around the ESP32-C3 and five onboard power MOSFETs. The board will sit inside a medium-sized, handheld consumer-electronics enclosure and run from a regulated mains-derived supply, so careful attention to isolation, creepage, and thermal paths is essential.

The circuit will drive five independent high-side or low-side loads (I can adapt to whichever topology is simpler on your end) while giving the ESP32-C3 solid Wi-Fi/BLE antenna performance. GPIO pin mapping, level-shifting, protection, and a clean 3 V3 rail must all be worked into the schematic. Please route with sensible trace widths, keep EMI in check, and leave me a little proto area for future tweaks if space permits.

Deliverables
• Schematic and well-annotated PCB layout
• Gerber, drill, and pick-and-place files ready for fabrication
• Complete BoM with manufacturer part numbers and footprints
• Original editable project files (KiCad, Altium, or EasyEDA—whichever you prefer)
• Brief design notes covering key calculations and any library parts you created

I’ll sign off once the files pass a quick DRC/ERC check and the BoM components are all orderable from at least one major supplier.
