Custom Multi Layer PCB Layout

Job ID: 40522365

Budget: €60 – €80 EUR

I need a seasoned PCB designer to turn my schematic into a reliable, production-ready multi-layer board for an industrial equipment project. The board is a custom, non-rectangular outline, so careful attention to mechanical fit is essential.

Key points
• Multi-layer stack-up (you decide the optimal layer count after reviewing the schematic and impedance needs).
• Industrial-grade requirements: wide temperature range, robust power delivery, low EMI, and clear separation of control and power domains.
• Unique board outline provided as a DXF/STEP; keep all critical keep-outs and mounting holes.
• Component library must follow IPC-7351 footprints with clear silkscreen.
• DFM/DFT best practices so the board can go straight to a standard turnkey assembler.

Deliverables
1. Complete Altium (or KiCad) project files, including libraries.
2. Gerber, drill, pick-and-place, and assembly drawings.
3. Layer stack report and impedance control notes.
4. Basic fabrication notes for the board house.
5. One revision round after initial review.

I’ll supply the schematics, mechanical outline, and a preliminary BOM as soon as we start. If you’ve handled custom-shaped, multi-layer industrial boards before and can turn this around quickly and cleanly, let’s get started.
