Custom Cable Tester Development

I'm seeking an experienced electronic engineer to design a custom cable tester. The tester should be able to test various cable types, including radio type cables, and must feature continuity testing. But primarily a 10 pair copper, telephony cable. Basically an extended version of the readily available ethernet cable style tester/s of which there are many self-build versions on the internet.

Key Requirements:
- Test various types of cables, including radio type
- Continuity testing feature
- Results displayed via LED indicators

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in electronic circuit design
- Experience with continuity testing tools
- Knowledge in LED display integration
- Background in developing custom testing equipment
