BQ40Z50-R2: BMS programming assistance required

Hi,
I have designed and built a battery pack for a device, which includes a 2-S 32Wh Lion prismatic cell pack, an integrated BMS (BQ40Z50-R2), but unfortunately I have underestimated the difficulties in setting up the BMS due to the large number of required settings.
I have built on prototype of the device (Rev1.0), and the BMS is responding to commands sent on the SMBUS. However, the BQ40Z50-R2 is not activating the charge and discharge FETs due to what I believe to be incorrect configuration (since the commands are rejected). I have the urgency to confirm that there are no issues with the schematic design and my only way to do so is to get the BQ40Z50 programmed with the minimum required to get this test completed.
I will give remote access to a PC connected to the BQ40Z50 running BQstudio, so you can do all the programming from there.
